摘要
总包商设计合理的利益分配机制,与分包商"共赢",是拥有稳定的分包商队伍、建立长期的联盟合作伙伴关系的关键。利用委托-代理理论,在业主采用激励契约的前提下,建立了总、分包一次性合作和长期合作的利益分配模型。结果表明:贡献越大、努力成本越小,分配系数应越大;总、分包一次合作不能使双方付出帕累托均衡努力水平,需要建立长期合作关系;在长期合作中,总包商应给予分包商比短期合作较高的利益分配系数,合作次数越多,分配系数越高。研究结果可为分包契约的设计提供思路和依据。
It is the key of possessing stable sub-contractors and establishing a long-term cooperative partnership to design rational profit distributing mechanisms and to win-win with sub-contractors for general contractor.In the incentive contract of owner,based on principal-agency theory,profit distributing models of general contractor and sub-contractor in one-off and long-term cooperation are set up.The results show that the greater the contributions,the lower the effort costs,and the greater the distribution coefficient;Pareto balanced effort level can not be paid for in one-off cooperation,so long-term cooperation should be established between general contractor and sub-contractors.A higher distribution coefficient should be given to sub-contractors in long-term cooperation than in one-off,the more the cooperation times,the higher the distribution rate.The conclusions can provide thoughts and scientific basis for the design of the sub-contracts.
