P-gp和HSP70在胆管癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨P-糖蛋白(P-gp)和热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在胆管癌组织中的表达,以及它们之间的关系。方法用SP免疫组化方法检测98例胆管癌组织中P-gp和HSP70的表达。应用SSPS统计软件进行数据处理。结果1)P-gp低表达为33例(33.67%),高表达为65例(66.33%)。HSP701级染色20例(20.41%),2级染色42例(42.86%),3级染色36例(36.73%)。2)P-gp的表达与胆管癌分化程度呈负相关(r=-0.254,P=0.028),HSP70蛋白的表达与胆管癌分化程度呈正相关(r=0.236,P=0.031)。3)P-gp的表达与HSP70的表达存在相关性(r=-0.352,P=0.001)。结论胆管癌组织P-gp和HSP70的表达可能是胆管癌对化疗不敏感的原因之一。 Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical relationship between P-gp and HSP70. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the expression of P-gp and HSP70 proteins in 98 case of eholangio-carcinoma tissue. Results The low expressions of P-gp were observed in33 (33.67%) , respectively, with the high expressions in 65 ( 66. 33 % ) . The staining of HSP70 showed cases in the first grade 20 (20. 41% ), in second grado42 (42. 86% ) , and third grade 36(36.73 % ). The P-gp expression level showed a negative correlation with the differentiation degree of chlangiocarcinoma( r = -0. 254, P =0. 028 ) . The expression of HSP70 also showed a positive correlation with the differentiation degree of chlangiocarcinoma ( r =0. 236 , P = 0. 031 ) . P-gp expression was positively correlated with HSP70 ( r = - 0. 352 , P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion Expression of P-gp and HSP70 may be one of the reasons why cholangiocarcinoma is insensitive to chemotherapy.
