The Preliminary Screening of Item Pool on Chinese Sub-health State Rating Scale

目的用6种方法对中国人亚健康状态评估表条目池中的条目进行筛选,初步确定量表的条目,并探讨筛选量表条目的方法。方法对量表条目的筛选,除了使用离散趋势法(变异系数法)、相关系数法、因子分析法常用方法外,本文新增频数分布法、克朗巴赫系数法和聚类分析法。结果将6种方法选中的条目保留下来,形成中国人亚健康状态评估的初步量表。结论6种方法从不同角度考察条目,建议综合应用上述6种方法进行量表条目的筛选,提高量表的质量。

Objective To screen the item pool to construct the chinese sub-health state rating scale preliminarily with six methods and to compare these methods. Methods The methods of frequency distribution, Cronbach＇ s alpha and clustering analysis were used to screen the itents, besides some commonly used methods including disperse trend, correlation coefficient and factor analysis. Results Items which were selected by these six methods were remained to form the chinese sub-health state rating scale preliminarily. Conclusion The six methods should be used comprehensively to screen the items to improve the quality of rating scale.
