高等院校校方与学生间沟通渠道现状调研分析——以宁夏某高校为例

An Investigation Analysis of Communication Channel between University Administration and Students——Take Some Universities in Ningxia as the Example

以宁夏某高校为例,通过连续3年的问卷调查,从正式沟通渠道和非正式沟通渠道等方面,了解了高等院校校方与学生之间的沟通状况,分析了沟通渠道中存在的问题,为高校管理者与学生间的沟通提出一些有价值的参考和建议。

Based on questionnaires conducted during past three years in some universities in Ningxia, the author in this paper, made investigations through formal and non-formal channels, hoping to offer some valuable reference and suggestions as for the communication between university administration and students.
