复合真菌添加剂对鲤生长性能的影响

摘要 用黑曲、米曲、白地、酵母作为饲料添加剂,采用34正交设计,各以0.5%、1.5%、3.0%的剂量制成9组不同的复合真菌添加剂,添加到鲤(Cyprinus carpio)基础饲料中,以基础饲料为对照,饲喂鲤50d后,测定鲤的特定生长率、饲料系数和蛋白质效率。结果表明,复合真菌添加剂可以明显地促进鲤的生长,提高饲料蛋白质的利用率,其中第9试验组(3.0%黑曲、3.0%米曲、1.5%白地、0.5%酵母)鲤的特定生长率最高(0.63%)、饲料系数最低(1.87)、饲料蛋白效率最高(1.45%),并且均极显著地优于对照组(P<0.01)。综合分析特定生长率、蛋白质效率等指标,鲤饲料中适宜的真菌添加剂组合为:1.5%黑曲、3.0%米曲、1.5%白地、0.5%酵母。饲料中添加复合真菌后,提高了鲤的消化能力,促进了鲤对饲料营养物质的消化吸收,从而提高了鲤的生长速度。 The L9 ( 3^4 ) table of orthogonal design method was used to formulate nine kinds of diets which added with Aspergillus niger, AspergiUus oryzae, Geotrichum candidum and Sacharomyses cereuisicae at different levels of 0. 5% ,1.5% ,3.0% respectively. Carp was fed by the nine kinds of diets respectively. Specific growth rate (SGR) , feed consumption rate (FCR) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) were determined after 50 days. The re- suits showed that the compound fungi additives significantly increased carp's growth rate and protein efficiency ratio. The SGR, the FCR and the PER of the ninth treated group which added 3.0% A. niger, 3.0% A. oryzae, 1.5% G. candidum and O. 5% S. cereuisicae were the highest (0.63%) group, the lowest (1.87) and the highest 1.45% respectively, and were very significantly better than those of the control(P 〈0.01 ). Analysis of the result indicated that the proper addition of A. niger, A. oryzae, G. candidum and S. cereuisicae were 1.5% ,3.0%, 1.5% and O. 5% respectively. The promotion of digestibilities and absorbilities of carp by the compound fungi additives lead to the increased the carp growth.
