淡水珍珠蚌致病菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic Bacteria of Fresh-water Pearl Mussel

通过珍珠蚌病原体分离、染色、培养、氧化酶试验、克氏双糖铁琼脂培养和葡萄糖微粒管试验及药敏实验卡鉴定,结果显示病蚌的鳃和斧足存在嗜水气单胞菌和温和气单胞菌,内脏中寄生肠杆菌科致病菌和G+球菌,鳃部寄生大量致病菌。

Tried to provide a theoretical reference for diagnosis, prevention and cure of disease of pearl mussel. Oxidase test, KIA culture, dextrose particulate-tube test and sensitivity test with isolated, pigmented and bred pathogens from infected pearl mussel were taken. It revealed that Aeromonas hydrophila and Aeromonas sobria parasitize branchiae and feet of infected pearl mussel whose viscera also be parasitized by Enterobacteriaceae pathogenic bacteria and G^＋-coccus.
