摘要
研究了常用水产药物对黄颡鱼鱼种的急性毒性。使用常温静水试验法,探讨了硫酸铜+硫酸亚铁合剂、敌百虫、强氯精、溴氯海因和二氧化氯5种常用药物对黄颡鱼鱼种的急性毒性效应,分别在试验24、48、72、96h后记录黄颡鱼鱼种死亡数和试验药液的安全质量浓度。结果表明,5种药物的安全浓度分别为0.94、0.65、0.46、0.86、0.51mg/L,这5种药物对黄颡鱼毒性依次排序为:强氯精>二氧化氯>敌百虫>溴氯海因>硫酸铜+硫酸亚铁合剂。黄颡鱼鱼种对硫酸铜+硫酸亚铁合剂、溴氯海因、敌百虫、二氧化氯都可按常用浓度安全使用,强氯精使用浓度应为0.3~0.4mg/L。该研究为黄颡鱼鱼种的培养过程中合理用药防治病害提供了理论依据。
The aim was to study the acute toxicity of 5 common drugs on Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. The acute toxicity effects of five kinds of drugs (Cupric sulfate and Ferrous sulphate, Trichlorfon, Acidum triehloroisocyanuras, Bromine Chlorine Hydantoin Brom Ochlorhydantotion , Chlorinae dioxydum) on Pelteobagrus fulvidraco were studied in lentic condition at room temperature, and record the Pelteobagrus fulvidraco of death number and test safe drug - dip mass thickness respectively after the testing 24,48,72 and 96 h. The safety concentration of the five drugs were 0. 94,0. 65,0. 46,0. 86,0. 51 mg/L. The order of the toxicities of these five drugs was Acidum trichloroisocyanuras 〉 Chlorinae dioxydum 〉 Trichlorfon 〉 Bromine Chlorine Hydantoin Brom Ochlorhydantotion 〉 Cupric sulfate and Ferrous sulphate. Triazophos, Bromine Chlorine Hydantoin, Cupric sulfate and Ferrous sulphate, Chlorinae dioxy- dum could be used securely by common concentration. But the use of Acidum trichloroisocyanuras should be 0.3 - 0.4mg/L. This study provided the theoretical basis for rational drug application in controlling the disease during the artificial fingerling breeding of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.
