构建城镇地籍信息系统的新流程研究

Study of New Process of Urban Cadastral Information System

该文分析了现行城镇地籍信息系统(UCIS)构建流程存在的问题,提出了新流程下的UCIS建设。讨论并解决了现行构建方式的历史数据难于利用、指界困难、现场绘制宗地草图不便、DLG数据向GIS数据转换冗余丢失、UCIS构建平台选择等问题。经实际工程验证,在该流程下进行UCIS的建设将大幅度降低其构建难度、提高构建速度和质量。

This paper analyzes the problems in current construction process of UCIS and puts forward a new process to construct UCIS. Solved the problems of historical data which are difficult to use in current situation; some parcels boundaries can not be pointed land sketch drawn at the scene; is inconvenient; the problems of DLG convert to GIS data; the selection of software platform to construct UCIS. The efficiency and quality of UCIS can be improved in practices by applying the new process.
