摘要 无刷直流电机(BLDCM)是一种多变量和非线性的控制系统,针对永磁无刷电动机转矩脉动大、低速运行时噪声明显等主要问题,提出的自适应模糊控制器,可以克服未建模参数的影响,保证鲁棒性。该方法结合了换相电流预测控制和直流母线负电流消除特性,有效抑制了换相转矩脉动。通过仿真和实验验证了所述方法的正确性。 The brushless DC motor is a multi-variable and non-linear system. Against the torque ripple and violent noise during low speed running by the permanent brushless DC motor, an auto-tuning method for fuzzy logic controller based on genetic algorithm (GA) was presented. In this paper, the fuzzy control method suppressed the influence by the un-modeling parameters and ensured the robustness. In the proposed method, commutation current prediction and the negative DC current elimination was used to suppress the commutation torque ripples. The simulated and experimental results verified the validity of the proposed method.
