清代军队医疗保障制度初探

A preliminary study on the military medical insurance system in the Qing Dynasty

清代比较重视军队的医疗保障,在入关前就派遣医官到前线治疗将士的伤病。入关后则逐步建立医疗保障制度,对军队中出现的伤病进行积极防治。中后期的湘淮军和新军开始在此基础上不断发展完善,初步建立了近代化的军队医疗保障制度。

The Qing Dynasty attached comparatively more importance to military medical insurance system. Medical officers were sent to the front for the treatment of the sick and wounded when being outside Shanhaiguan pass. Medical insurance system was established gradually and wounds and diseases were actively prevented and treated in armies after being inside Shanhaiguan pass,based on which Xiang-Huai Army and the New Army in their mid- dle and late periods constantly developed and initially established modernized military medical insurance system.
