论农村最低生活保障对象的目标定位

On the target orientation of objects for minimum life security in rural areas

目前我国实行的农村最低生活保障制度取得了明显成效,但在保障对象的定位上还存在一些问题。为此,可将目标定位的方法运用到社会保障对象确定中,通过类别定位、财富定位、行为定位等方法的综合运用,更有效地定位农村低保对象,不断完善农村最低生活保障制度。

The minimum life security system carried out in rural areas has achieved remarkable effects. However, some problems still exist in the orientation of security objects. Therefore, target orientation methods can be adopt ed in the determination of social security objects so that the objects can be more effectively determined and the system can be constantly improved by using the methods of class orientation, wealth orientation and behavior orientation.
