Quantitative determination of testosterone in testosterone ointment by HPLC

采用HPLC测定睾酮乳膏中睾酮的含量,以甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,波长240mm,在40～360μg/ml范围内线性关系良好r=0.9999,本法操作简便,回收率高。

The contents of testosterone in testostertone ointment were determined by HPLC with YWG-C18 column (4.6 mm ×250mm).Mobile phase was methanol-water(70:30) .Detected at 240 nm.The calibration curve was linear between 40 - 360μg/ml with a regression coefficient of 0.9999.The method is simple.The result is accurate.
