摘要
应用单纯形法对尿中美芬妥荚(MP)的手性气相色谱分离条件进行最优化。优化结果选定柱温为185℃,载气流速为2.5ml/min。在此条件下测得柱效(以S-MP计)n=936/m,MP两对映体的分离度R为0.96%。并对20名健康志愿者口服消旋体后0~8h内的尿样进行分析测定。
The gas chromatographic conditions for determining the mephenytoin enantiomers in urine using simplex method were optimized.In result,the optimum chromatographic conditions were the column temperature 185℃ and the flow of carrier 2.5ml/min.The column efficiency n = 936/m and the resolution of two enantiomers R = 0.96 was determined. Under the optimum chromatographic conditions the urine samples of 20 healthy volunteers taking 100mg mesantoin were analuzed.
