连硬阻滞和全麻病人异丙酚的血药浓度测定 被引量:15

摘要 目的与方法:应用荧光光谱法测定连硬阻滞和全麻病人静注新型静脉麻醉药异丙酚的血药浓度以及一次静脉给药后人体内药代动力学参数(荧光强度:发射波310nm,激发波265nm)。结果:异丙酚投入量(0.05~15μg)与测得的荧光强度间有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。血药浓度-时间曲线方程为:C=0.2106F-7.1933。结论:异丙酚在两组病人体内过程符合药代动力学三室模型。 Objective and Methods:The blood concentration of propofol(25mg/kg iv.)was determined with spectrofluorometry in sixteen patients undergoing epidural block(n=8) and general anesthesia (n=8). Results:The peak wave length of excitation and emission was at 265nm and 310nm respectively. The experimental data exhibited a good linear relationship between the logarithms of the fluorescent intensity and the amount of a added to the blank plasma in the scale of 01~15μg/ml(r=09997). The equation of concentration time was c=02106F-71933. Conclusion:The pharmacokinetic characteristic of propofol was found to be threeccompartment open mode. 
