摘要
针对当前半导体光源的不稳定性,文章对现有的稳压电源进行改进,推出了一种用于光电实验中驱动半导体光源的高精度驱动电源,驱动电流调节范围为0-100mA,LED数码显示当前电流,电流波动达到极限(最后一位数字跳动1)。采用这种恒流源驱动,直接从驱动源上读取电流值,实验不仅方便直观,并且实验数据的一致性也可以得到保障,从根本上提高了半导体光源的精度和稳定性。
With regard to instability of semiconductor source, this paper advances a high precision driver for LED or LD used in optoeleetronic experiment for improvement, the driver can provide 0 to 100mA DC, and expressed by a digital LED indicator The noise current is below a digit. This not only makes experiments convenient and direct but also keeps the experiment results stable. Therefore improves fundamentally the precision and stability of semiconductor optical source.
