血小板活化标志物检测临床应用的评价 被引量:9

摘要 活化血小板广泛参与了包括冠状动脉疾病、糖尿病、癌症、脑卒中等在内的多种疾病的病理生理过程,并与某些疾病的发病率和死亡率密切相关。正确评估体内血小板活化情况对鉴别风险人群以及抗血小板药物治疗的监测十分重要。现综述目前评估血小板活化的主要方法,并着重介绍血浆可溶性标志物检测及流式细胞术血小板表面分子标志物检测的现状以及存在的问题。
