关于加强医学生人文素质教育的思考

Thinking About Strengthening Cultural Quality Education Of Medical Students

当前我国高等医学教育普遍存在着注重专业知识和技能传授,忽视人文素质教育的问题。结合医学教育和医学职业的特点,医学院校需要强化医学技术与人文关怀相结合的专业素质教育,营造医学院校人文环境,加强医学生的社会实践锻炼等方面的系统工作,把人文素质教育融入到医学教育体系的过程中,培养高素质的医学人才。

Today, advanced medical education in China pays more attention to passing on specialty knowledge and skills, ignoring cultural quality education. Combining the characteristics of medical education and medical career, medical colleges need to strengthen its specialty education combining medical technique and cultural care ,create cultural environment of medical colleges and reinforce students＇ social practical ability, cultural quality education should be combined in medical education system to develop medical talents of high quality.
