区域中心医院住院服务需求及利用分析

摘要 根据某区域中心医院45153例住院患者的病案信息和1250名住院患者的医疗需求问卷调查资料,采用回顾性分析和因素分析,了解社区患者的医疗需求和该院对社区患者医疗需求的满足程度,并提出四项对策:1、确立目标市场,进行市场定位;2、加强专科建设,发展适宜技术;3、狠抓质量管理,提高服务水平;4、调整内部结构,优化资源配置。 Based on the information of case-history of 45153 cases of in-patients and the data of therapeutic repuir ing questionnaires of 1250 cases of in-patients obtained from a District Central Hospital,retrospective analyses and factor analysis of the information and data were used to understand the satisfactory degrees for therapeu tic claims of patients in the district and that of the in-patients to the hospitals and four ways to deal with those situations are suggested: (1) to establish the target market and carry on marketing position: (2 ) to strengthen professional construction to develop suitable technology and techniguesj (3) to promote guality management in order to ralse the service level and (4) to revise the in-hospital structure and to appropriate for the disposition of resources available.
