桃核承气汤治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位早期便秘腹胀68例

Treatment of 68 Cases of Constipation and Abdominal Distention in early period of Thoracic and LumbarVertebrae Fracture Dislocation with Taohe Chengqi Decoction

胸腰椎骨折脱位是骨伤科常见病之一。一旦发生除有局部剧烈疼痛，活动功能受限外，常常并发腹胀、便秘、发热等症。这些并发症，不但给患者加重痛苦，而且还在骨折脱位治疗上带来困难，从而影响对该病的治疗效果。因此我院从１９８４年～１９９５对本病草期并发症采用桃核承久汤治疗，疗效比咬满意。

If Thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture dislocation happened,the part pains,activity func- tion is limited as well as complicate abdominal distention,constipation and fever occurred.All the com-plications will bring difficulty in treating fracture dislocation and influence the therapeutic effects besidesincrease the pain of the patients.Taohe Chengqi Decoction is used to treat the complications in the earlyperiod in the hospital from 1984-1995and the result is satisfying.
