再生障碍性贫血患儿骨髓间充质干细胞基因表达谱及成纤维细胞生长因子表达

再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)是多种病因导致的以骨髓衰竭伴全血细胞减少为特征的疾病,目前认为免疫紊乱与其发病有关,具体机制还不清楚。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)具有免疫调节功能,在维持骨髓微环境稳定方面起着重要作用。Bacigalupoa等发现重型AA患者骨髓间充质干细胞对淋巴细胞的抑制作用减弱,从而认为间充质干细胞功能异常可能与AA的免疫紊乱有关。我们用功能分类芯片技术,
