摘要
以苦参碱为指标，薄层层析，紫外分光光度法定量，采用经典恒温法预测益肝九的有效期，结果测得室温下有效期为３．６３年。
Classical thermostatic method were used to determine the period of validity of Yigan Capsule,in which Kuseng alkali was as index,thin chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determinethe content were used.The result showed that the period of validity is 3/63years under room tempera-ture.
