摘要
在低温和室温条件下制备了本征态聚苯胺,采用超声波分散制备了本征态聚苯胺薄膜,用甲磺酸掺杂制备了聚苯胺导电薄膜。用紫外光谱、红外光谱表征了聚苯胺的化学结构;用X光电子能谱分析了薄膜表面主要元素含量和化学态,得到薄膜掺杂率[SO3-]/[N]为0.57左右,在一定范围内,几乎不受聚苯胺分子量的影响。
Polyaniline powder(emeraldine base, EB) was prepared at room temperature and below zero respectively. Corresponding films were prepared by dissolved these powders in N-methyl pyrr.olidinone(NMP) homogenized for 15min with ultrasonic oscillator, and doped polyaniline films were obtained by immersed films in 15% methyl sulfonic acid aqueous solution for 2 hours. The chemical structure of polyaniline was demonstrated by FTIR and UV spectra, further more, the content and chemical state of main element in doped films were investigated by XPS. The results show the doping ratio (expressed by [SO3ˉ]/[N]) is about 0. 57, in certain ranges, does not changed with variation of polyaniline molecular weight.
