摘要
采用数种有机硅氧烷合成了有机硅树脂,用有机硅树脂对环氧树脂进行化学改性,制得了有机硅改性环氧树脂。对改性后的树脂的结构和涂层的力学性能进行了分析,分析结果表明:改性后的有机硅改性环氧树脂综合了有机硅树脂和环氧树脂的优异性能,用其制得的涂层非常致密,具有良好的附着力、较高的硬度和优良的柔韧性。
Silicone was synthesized by several alkoxysilanes. Silicone modified epoxy resin was prepared by condensation polymersation of silicone and epoxy resin. The configurations and coating qualities of the modified epoxy resin were investigated. The results indicate that silicone modified epoxy resin has excellent performances because of their combined advantages and novel properties, and the compact coating was obtained with good adhesion, hardness and toughness.
