改性型水性聚氨酯涂层的形状记忆性能 被引量:6

摘要 以聚醚多元醇(N210)为软段、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为硬段、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水性扩链剂、合成了环氧树脂(E44)改性水性聚氨酯形状记忆涂层剂。分别利用FTIR、DSC、TG、X射线衍射等对聚合物的结构进行了分析和表征。利用二浸/二轧法对织物进行涂饰,并对织物折皱恢复性能进行形状记忆测试。结果表明:该改性水性聚氨酯形状记忆涂层剂(SMPU)的硬、软段都以无定型形式存在;经多次皂洗实验表明,所制得的水性聚氨酯形状记忆涂层剂涂饰在纺织品上经整理后有较好的形状记忆功能和折皱保持能力。 Using polyether polyol (N210) as the soft segment, 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI) as the hardware, dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as the chain extender, epoxy resin (E44) as the modifier, a new shape memory waterborne polyurethane coating agents was prepared. The fabrics were coated with the prepared coating agents by two Baptist rolling method, and the shape memory properties were examined with a crease-back tests. Using the FTIR, DSC, TG, and WAXD, the morphological structures were tested. The results show that all of the hard and soft segment of the system SMPU are a non-crystal, The fabrics were eoated with the prepared coating agents, which have good shape memory function by finished with the prepared waterborne polyurethane shape memory coating agent after repeated soaping.
