摘要 氧化物热电材料以其独特的优点倍受人们的关注。本文概述了非钴基氧化物热电材料的研究现状,分析了影响提高其热电性能的主要因素,并指出了该类氧化物的未来发展方向。 Oxide thermoelectric materials have caused considerable research attention because of its particular advantages. This paper introduced the recent research status of non-cobalt-based oxide thermoelectric materials and analysed the factors that affected on the improvement of their thermoelectric properties. In the mean while, the development of these materials in the future was discussed.
