垂体腺瘤nm23基因表达研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用Northernblot分子杂交技术,检测35例垂体腺瘤和1例正常垂体组织nm23基因mRNA表达。所有垂体腺瘤和正常垂体组织均表达0.8kb的nm23H1mRNA和0.45kb的nm23H2mRNA片段。侵袭型垂体腺瘤nm23H1和H2mRNA表达水平(25.75±17.40,41.58±19.26)分别较非侵袭型垂体腺瘤(46.87±23.51,59.83±25.69)下降,其差别有显著性意义。(P<0.01,P<0.05)。nm23基因mRNA表达水平下降与患者的性别、年龄以及Hardy和Wilson分级、分期无显著相关性。结果提示nm23基因表达与垂体腺瘤的临床行为有关。 The mRNA expression of nm23 gene was examined with Northern blot hybridization in 35 pituitary adenomas and one normal pituitary tissues. All pituitary adenomas and normal pituitary tissues expressed 08kb transcript of nm23H1 and 045kb transcript of nm23H2. The average levels of nm23H1 and H2 mRNA were markedly decreased respectively in invasive adenomas (2575±1740, 4158±1926) compared to that in noninvasive adenomas (4687±2351, 5983±2569)(P<001,P<005).The reduced expression of nm23 gene had no significant correlation with sex, age, grade and stage of Hardy and Wilson separately. The resultes indicated that expression of nm23 gene was associated with clinical behavior of pituitary adenoma, and may provide a sensitive molecular marker for determining pituitary adenoma invasiveness.
