电针足阳明经(穴)对促进大鼠胃黏膜修复蛋白磷酸化上调作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察电针足阳明胃经(穴)对促进大鼠胃黏膜修复过程中相关蛋白磷酸化上调作用的研究。方法将20只SD大鼠分为空白组、模型组、针刺治疗组和针刺对照组,各组大鼠行胃黏膜损伤指数(UI)计数后,应用720磷酸化蛋白芯片对4组大鼠的胃黏膜细胞分别进行磷酸化抗体蛋白芯片检测并分析。结果胃黏膜损伤指数模型组与空白组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);针刺治疗组、针刺对照组与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);针刺治疗组与针刺对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各组间磷酸化蛋白差异明显,模型组与空白组比较,83种蛋白的磷酸化水平出现下调;与模型组比较,针刺治疗组磷酸化水平出现上调的蛋白有65种,针刺对照磷酸化水平出现上调的蛋白有10种,针刺治疗组与针刺对照组在上调模型组的蛋白上具有明显差异。结论电针足阳明胃经(穴)可引起大鼠胃黏膜损伤后修复信号蛋白的磷酸化水平发生上调变化,提示促进胃黏膜修复其机制与胃黏膜损伤后修复信号蛋白的磷酸化的上调有关。 Objective To study stimulating stomach meridian(ST) by electroacupuncture(EA) to regulate up the relative protein phosphorylationa during repairing gastric mucosa in rats. Methods 20 SD rats were divided into control, model, EA treatment and EA control groups. After the UI of gastric mucosa in rats in all groups were counted, the antibody protein phosphorylationa of gastric mucosa cells were detected with 720 kinds of phoshprylationa proteins chip technology. Results The differences of phoshprylationa proteins between those groups were obvious. Compared with control group, the phoshprylationa level of 83 proteins in model group was down-regulated; compared with model group, the phoshprylationa level of 65 proteins in EA treatment group was up-regulated; the phoshprylationa level of 10 proteins in EA contrast group was up-regulated. The differences between the EA treatment group and EA control group in up- regulation of protein was significant. Conclusion The electroacupuncture in stomach meridian can induce up-regulation of repairing proteins after injured gastric mucosa, which indicates that the repairing mechanism of gastric mucosa is related to the up-regulation of the phoshprylationa of signal proteins.
