黑龙江省刺五加根及根茎的显微特征研究

TO OBSERVE MICRO-CHARACTERS OF ACANTHOPANAX SENTICOSUS'S ROOT AND STOLON

目的:对黑龙江省刺五加根及根茎的显微特征进行研究。为加深我省刺五加研究提供基础资料。方法:采用石蜡切片技术及显微鉴定方法,对刺五加根及根茎进行显微观察。结果:通过对刺五加根及根茎的显微特征观察可得出刺五加根及根茎的显微特征存在差异。结论:通过研究,刺五加根及根茎的显微特征区别在于:刺五加根无髓,根茎有髓;根部韧皮纤维束多,根茎韧皮纤维束少。

Objective：To study micro -characteristics of acanthopanax senticosus＇s root and stolon in order to supply fundamental material for researching on acanthopanax senticosus of HeiLongJiang province. Methods ： We can adapt paraffin slice technology and microscopical identification to the study of micro - characters of acanthopanax senticosus＇s root and stolon. Results：Through the research on micro - characteristics of acanthopanax senticosus＇s root and stolon, we could find that there are many differences in the micro - char- acteristics of acanthopanax senticosus＇s root and stolon. Conclusion ：Through the research, we can conclude that the distinguish of micro - characteristics of acanthopanax senticosus＇s root and stolon. The main distinguish is that pith is in Acanthopanax senticosus＇s root but not in its stolon, and there is more bast fiber bunch in acanthopanax senticosus＇s root than in its stolon.
