左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统在妇科疾病治疗中的作用被引量：17

摘要左炔诺孕酮官内缓释系统（levonorgestrel—relesing intrauterine system，LNG．IUS，商品名：曼月乐）是一个小的“T”形塑料支架，载有左炔诺孕酮（LNG）的储存库，可在5年内每天向官腔内释放20ug LNG。LNG—IUS有很高的避孕可靠性，而对于其在妇科疾病特别是月经过多、子宫内膜异位症（内异症）等方面的治疗作用也已有广泛的研究，现综述如下。
