摘要 2008年美国医学会著名杂志JAMA300期19卷发表了由中国疾病预防控制中心传染病所等国内外7家专业机构共同发表的研究论文《中国人粒细胞无形体病院内传播感染》[1]。这是世界范围内首次报告的人粒细胞无形体人传人事件,也是中国第一次报道的人粒细胞无形体感染确诊病例。同期,美国纽约洲医学院著名流行病学与公共卫生学专家Krause和Wormser教授对该项研究发现做了充分的肯定并发表了重要述评。本文就此作一导读。 The paper titled "nosocomial transmission of human granulocytie anaplasmosis in China" published by the National Institute of Communicable Disease Control and Prevention, China CDC and another 6 professional institutions aboard and at home in the November 19, 2008 issue of JAMA represented the first report of human-to-human transmission of A naplasma phagocytophilum worldwide and of confirmed cases of human granulocytie anaplasmosis infection in China. In the same issue, Krause and Wormser, experts in epidemiology and public health, gave important comments. In this article, we introduce the content and significance which the paper studied on.
