摘要
目的观察更昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的临床疗效。方法将115例水痘患者随机分为更昔洛韦治疗组和阿昔洛韦治疗组,治疗7d,观察疗效。结果更昔洛韦治疗组显效率为65.57%,有效率为31.15%,总有效率为96.72%;阿昔洛韦治疗组显效率为46.30%,有效率为33.33%,总有效率为79.63%。经秩和检验,Uc=2.553>1.96,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论更昔洛韦治疗水痘临床疗效优于阿昔洛韦。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effects of ganciclovir and aciclovir on varicella. Method A total of 115 patients with varicella were randomly divided into ganciclovir group and aciclovir group. After 7 days of treatment, therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results Ganciclovir was markedly effective in 40 patients （65.57%）, effective in 19 patients （31.15%）, with a total effective rate of 96.72%, while aciclovir was markedly effective in 25 patients （46.30%）, effeetive in 18 patients （33.33%）, with a total effective rate of 79.63%. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Gancielovir is more effective than aeiclovir in the treatment of varicella.
