摘要
目的:探讨应用补肾益气中药对妊娠大鼠自然流产模型黄体形态的影响。方法:应用改良溴隐亭对大鼠进行干预,在孕d6-8皮下注射,能够稳定复制大鼠自然流产模型;对灌服补肾益气方中药的实验大鼠血清孕酮(P)及泌乳素(PRL)水平进行测定;肉眼观察子宫病变,记录胚胎数;对实验大鼠黄体组织进行病理学检查。结果:补肾益气中药能提高血清P及PRL水平;明显降低大鼠的流产率、增加胚胎数;明显减轻大鼠子宫妊娠黄体的病理变化。结论:补肾益气方对溴隐亭致妊娠大鼠流产模型具有良好的改善作用,可增强黄体功能,促进胚胎发育,起到保胎的作用。
Objective： To study the effect of kidney-replenishing herbs on the morphous of corepus luteunm in the improve danimal model of bromocriptine-induced abortion. Methods： The model was established by using bromocriptine 0.3 mg/kg, sc, qd×3 d, during pregnant d 6-8. These were used.extract of Chinese herbs during the pregnant d 1-11. The uterine contents, the pathological changes, changes of serum P and PRL levels among groups and corpus luteum tissues changes were examined and analyzed. Results： After treatment with the Chinese herbs, pregnant fetus number was significantly increased, corpus luteum tissues changes of abortion model were reduced. The Chinese herb made in our department had a satisfactory therapeutic effect on the experiental abortion in rats. Condusion： The kidney-replenishing herbs can improve animal model of bromocriptine-induced abortion, which might enhance the foundation of corpus luteum tissues and promote embryonic development in order to prevent abortion.
