正常及复发性流产绒毛组织中血管生成相关基因的表达 被引量:21

Expression of Angiogenesis Related Genes in Normal and Recurrent Spontaneous Villus Tissues

摘要 目的:探讨正常早孕及不明原因早期复发性流产(RSA)绒毛组织中血管生成调节因子VEGF、Flk1、HIF-1α和vasohibin的表达与RSA的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测38例不明原因早期RSA绒毛组织和20例因非意愿妊娠行人工流产的健康者正常妊娠绒毛组织中VEGF、Flk1、HIF-1α和vasohibin的表达。结果:与正常组相比,RSA组VEGF和Flk1表达明显降低(P<0.05),vasohibin表达明显增高(P<0.05),HIF-1α的表达无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:RSA的发生可能与血管生成调节因子表达异常导致的绒毛蜕膜组织中血管重铸障碍有关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression of angiogenesis regulated factors and RSA. Methods: The expression of the four angiogenesis related factors which were vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (FIk1), hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1α) and vasohibin was detected by immunohischemistry method in the early stage villi of 38 RSA and 20 normal pregnancy. Results: There was significant lower expressions of VEGF and Flkl in the RSA villi than those in the normal villi (P〈0.05), while the expression of vasohibin in RSA villi was significantly higher than that of the normal villi (P〈0.05). No significant difference was detected between the two groups in the expression of HIF-1α (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The onset of RSA might be related to the obstacle of vascular remodeling in the villus deciduas. Such vascular remodeling obstacle might be caused by the abnormal expression of those angiogenesis regulated factors.
