Influence of Ovarian Response to Pregnancy Outcome in IVF-ET

摘要 目的:探讨IVF-ET促排卵周期中卵巢反应性对妊娠结局的预测能力。方法:回顾性分析402个长方案促排卵周期中所需外源性重组卵泡刺激素总量(rFSH)/成熟卵母细胞数(n)的比值(rFSH/n)与妊娠结局的关系。结果:随着rFSH/n比值升高,基础窦卵泡数(AFC)减少、rFSH总用量增大、获卵数减少、平均胚胎评分下降(P<0.05)。当rFSH/n>450时,临床妊娠率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢反应性是影响IVF结局的重要因素,妊娠率随着rFSH/n的增加而下降的截点为rFSH/n>450。 Objective: To explore the predictive ability of ovarian response to pregnancy outcome in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) cycles in IVF-ET. Methods: A total of 402 cycles with long protocol in COH were included, which grouped as the different specific ratio of recombinant follicle stimulating hormone and the mature oocyte number (rFSH/n), and the relationship between rFSH/n and pregnancy outcome was retrospectively analyzed. Results: With the raise of rFSH/n, basic antral follicle count (AFC) was decreased, total dose of rFSH was increased, number of acquired oocytes reduced and mean score of transferred embryos was also decreased (P〈0.05). When rFSH/n〉450, the clinical pregnancy rate was Obviously decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ovarian response is significantly correlated with the IVF-ET outcome. The cut of point that pregnancy rate decreases followed with the raise of rFSH/n is 〉450.
