齿向测量中测球半径补偿方法的研究

Research on a Compensation Method of Measuring-Ball Radius in the Measurement of Helical Lead of Gear

本文对齿向测量中测球半径补偿方法进行了研究。推导了渐开螺旋面的法线三个方向数的计算公式,计算出测球半径在三个坐标方向上的分量,从而完全修正了测球半径所导致的测量误差。

In this paper the research on a compensation method of ball radiusmeasurement is introduced. The formula for calculating the normal direction of an involute spiral surface is worked out. The corapenenls of ball radius measurement in x, y and z coordinate directions are presented. As a result, the measuring error from the ball radius measurement is completely rectified.
