外周T／NK细胞淋巴瘤诊治中存在的问题
摘要
利妥昔单抗的问世使成熟B细胞淋巴瘤预后得到极大改善，但是数十年来外周（成熟）T／NK细胞淋巴瘤（PT／NKCLs）的诊治却无明显进展。虽然该组疾病在非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）中所占比例不足30％，但是随着其发病率的逐年升高以及基础研究取得的进步，PT／NKCLs愈来愈受到关注，已成为近几年国际学术会议探讨和文献报道的重要内容。
