应重视成人急性淋巴细胞白血病的危险度评估与分级 被引量：1

摘要 成人急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）是一种异质性明显的恶性肿瘤，来源于不同恶性克隆的成人ALL的生物学特征、治疗效果与预后差异很大。随着血液学研究的进展，形态学、免疫学、细胞遗传学及分子生物学（MICM）分型可以弥补ALL的FAB分型不足，提高了ALL诊断分型的正确性，为选择正确的治疗方案提供了重要的依据。但是，如何根据患者的临床表现，MICM等实验室检查结果，
