乳头状胶质神经元肿瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，25岁。3年前外伤后影像学检查发现右侧枕叶异常影像，考虑占位性病变，未做治疗。无头痛、头晕，无视物模糊，无肢体运动及感觉障碍，无智力障碍，无发热、寒战。2007年9月1日复查发现枕叶占位性病变体积增大而入院治疗。体检：无神经系统阳性体征。MRI显示（图1，2）：右侧枕叶中线旁有一不规则囊实性长T1长他信号，边界清晰，大小5．6cm×4．0cm，占位效应明显，右侧脑室后角受压上抬，中线结构无移位。病灶周围未见明显水肿，
