锰基钎料钎焊不锈钢接头组织和性能 被引量:2

Structure and properties of stainless steel brazed joint with manganese filler metal

摘要 采用自制BMn50NiCuCrCo钎料真空钎焊0Cr13不锈钢,对其钎焊接头的显微组织和室温及高温力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:接头组织由Mn-Ni-Cu-Fe-Cr-Co固溶体组成,其显微硬度明显高于母材;钎缝室温强度可达275.0 MPa,随测试温度升高逐渐降低,在400℃时降至230.5 MPa,测试温度进一步升高,强度明显下降,500 ℃、600℃分别为164.4MPa和96.3MPa。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of the brazed joint of 0Cr13 stainless steel with BMn50NiCuCrCo filler metal in vacuum were studied.The results show that the microstructure of the brazed joint is made up of Mn-Ni-Cu-Fe-Cr-Co solid solution.Microhardness of the solid solution is higher than that of stainless steel.The tensile strength of the brazed joint reaches 275.0 MPa at room temperature.With the increasing of the test temperature,the tensile strength decreases at elevated temperature.When the test temperature is 400 ℃,the tensile strength reaches 230.5 MPa,and the tensile strengths are 164.4 MPa and 96.3 MPa at 500 ℃ and 600 ℃,respectively.
