Vitapex用于活髓保存治疗的临床疗效

Clinical observation about vitapex used in conservative treatment of vital pulp

目的:观察Vitapex糊剂用于活髓保存治疗的效果。方法:选择因外伤、机械性意外露髓病人62例74个患牙,随机分为两组。实验组37牙采用Viapex加ZOE盖髓,对照组37牙采用氢氧化钙盖髓,追踪观察2年的治疗效果。结果:术后1年实验组成功率86.49%,对照组成功率78.38%,两组差异不显著(P>0.05);但2年及以后观察,实验组成功率70.97%,对照组成功率53.57%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:Vitapex用于活髓保存治疗效果理想。

AIM ： To observe the curative effect of vitapex paste filling treatment in root canal filling. METHODS ： 74 decayed teeth among of 62 cases of exposed teeth marrow pulp caused by accident were selected, and put them in two groups with 37 of each. In the experimental group Viapex with ZOE was uused to cover marrow. In the antithetic group 37 teeth Ca（OH）2 was used to cover marrow. The results were follow up by one year and two years. RESULTS： After one year, the rate of success of the expermental group is 86.49%, the rate of success of the antithetic group is 78.38%. There is no notable difference between 2 groups（x2examine P 〉0.05）. But at the end of two years, the rate of success of the expermental group is 70.97%, the rate of success of the antithetic group is 53.57%. There is notable difference between 2 groups（x2examine P 〈 0.05） ; CONCLUSION： It＇s ideal to use vitapex for treatment.
