釉基质蛋白促进牙周再生作用机制的研究进展

摘要 釉基质蛋白(enamel matrix proteins,EMPs)参与诱导再生形成的牙周组织在形态结构和生物学功能上接近于正常组织。而目前对EMPs促进再生的相关机制尚不完全清楚。该文在探讨EMPs组成成分、功能的基础上,结合EMPs对牙周组织再生相关细胞的作用,就近年来EMPs促进牙周再生作用机制的研究进展作一综述。 Enamel matrix proteins(EMPs) as a biological mediator is participating in the induced regeneration of periodontal tissues. The structure and biological function of new - formed tissues are close to the normal sites. However, the mechanisms of EMPs in promoting regeneration of periodontal tissues are not entirely clear up to now. This article will review the lastest studies on the mechanisms of EMPs promoting regeneration of periodontal tissues including the composition and function of EMPs , as well as the relationship between EMPs and periodontal tissue regeneration related cells.
