对古代中医妇产科疾病史研究的思考

Ponderation on the Study of History of Obstetrical and Gynecological Diseases in Ancient Chinese Medicine

妇产科疾病是指与妇女特殊的解剖、生理、病理特点相关的妇女所特有的疾病。本文通过对疾病史研究的历史回顾，认为古代中医妇产科疾病史的概念应该是指１８４０年以前，中医对于妇产科疾病的认识史与斗争史。其研究目的有三，其一为现代妇产科之理论研究提供帮助及依据；其二为妇产科之临床研究提供参考及启示；第三为疾病史研究做一些方法探索与经验积累方面的工作。其研究任务在于再现古代中医妇产科疾病认识的真实历史面貌与动态发展过程，并就妇产科疾病认识发展的规律提出客观的观点与意见。本文认为此项研究还必须注意工作方法。

By obstetrical and gynecological diseases, it refers to those special disorders which are related to the anatomy, physiology and pathology in women. By reviewing the history of study on diseases, it is claimed that the concept of history of such disorders in ancient Chinese medicine refers to the history of recognition and fighting against these disorders before 1840. The objectives of the study are first, offering assistance and background materials to the theoretical studies for modern obstetrics and gynecology; second, offering reference and enlightenment to its clinical study; third, exploring methods and getting some experience on the study of history of diseaese. The task of my study is focussed on the reproduction of recognizing the actual history of obstetrical and gynecological diseases and its developing process, thus, drawing an objective conception on the law of recognition of such disorders. It is also maintained that the methodology should be focussed on the reliability of the materials interpreted with dialectical materialistic point of view.
