生存选择压力与乙型肝炎病毒基因的变异

摘要 HBV逆转录酶是易错酶,易导敏HBV复制过程中出现核苷酸的变异,其变异可以分为基因型变异和表型变异。HBV对于各种生存选择压力,如宿主免疫应答反应、抗病毒药物治疗及疫苗免疫接种等,做出适应性改变形成了不同的HBV基因表型变异。此文就生存选择压力下HBV基因变异的最新研究进展进行综述。 HBV reverse transefiptase is an era)r-prone enzyme, and this results in nucleofide substitutions during replication. The diversity of HBV genomos can be divided into two categories, genotypic mutants and phenotypic mutants. Phenotypic mutants result from adaptation of the virus to selective pressures, either the host immune response or antiviral treatments, including vaccination. The latest research progress in hepatitis B virus escape mutants induced by the selective pressures is reviewed in the article.
