摘要
肝衰竭的预后与多种因素有关，包括年龄、病因、生化指标和并发症等．且各因素间也存在一定相关性及对预后的联合作用。目前，CTP评分已在临床上得到广泛应用，MELD模式也获得普遍的认可，但这些评估系统自身仍存在一定的缺陷。此文对肝衰竭预后的影响因素进行了综述。
A variety of factors take effects on the prognosis of liver failure, including age, etiopathogenisis, biochemical indicators, complications and so on. The factors also have joint action on the prognosis. Child-Turcotte-Push（CTP） and Model of End-stage Liver Disease（MELD） have been accredited clinically. The influencing factors on prognosis of hepatic failure is reviewed in the article.
