摘要 传统的病原体检测方法在检测敏感性、特异性、应用范围等方面存在许多不足。PCR技术已被用于感染早期的病原体检测,但在应用过程中也面临不少问题。近年来出现的新的核酸扩增技术可弥补普通PCR技术的缺点。此文就其中依赖核酸序列的扩增技术、PCR-胶体金免疫层析技术和多重荧光实时PCR技术进行综述。 The traditional pathogen detection methods have many disadvantages in the sensitivity, specificity and application range. There are still some problems in PCR, which has been used for pathogen detection in the early stage of infection. New nucleic acid amplification technologies may make up the deficiency of PCR. In this review, three methods including nucleic acid sequence-based amplification (NASBA), PCR-immunochromatography test and multiplex fluorescent real-time PCR technology are described.
