摘要
文化与企业文化在"元功能"上是相通的;企业文化的认知功能隐含着企业文化的选择逻辑;企业文化内涵的结构要素及其组合方式决定着企业文化内在管理逻辑,而文化选择是企业文化的首要管理逻辑。以此作为分析的基础,便可发现国有商业银行追求卓越文化建设中所存在的关键问题,都与未深刻认知文化选择逻辑有关,由此提出了国有商业银行"因系统思考"和"因问题改进"的追求卓越的操作性文化再选择的价值取向,以及其相应的对策。
Culture and corporate culture are interlinked with each other on primary function. The selected logic of corporate culture is hidden in the cognitive function, the inner management logic of corporate culture is determined by the structural elements and the composing way of corporate culture's intentions, while culture-selection is the primary management logic of corporate culture. Taking the theory mentioned above as an analysis frame, it can lead to the conclusions that the key problems that exist in pursuing excellence's culture construction of the state-owned commercial banks, are all related to superficially cognizing the culture-selection logic. Finally, the author raises the value orientation and the countermeasure that state-owned commercial banks re-choose the operational culture of pursuing excellence on thinking on organization and imnrovinz on nroblem.
