NEW DEVELOPMENT ON RESEARCH OF HEPATIC TARGETING DRUGS

目的：综述近几年研究的药物肝靶向性的新方法和新思路，为此类药物的开发和应用提供参考。方法：检索、概括近几年国内外文献，重点介绍糖蛋白、脂蛋白、胆酸（盐）等载体和手段向肝组织选择性传输活性物质的最新进展。结果与结论：该类系统发展中问题与希望并存。

OBJECTIVE:To review the new methods and developments on hepatic targeting drugs during the past few years,and provide references of research and application for this kind of drugs.METHODS:By indexing and summarizing literatures of the last few years all over the world,tight attention was paid to the newest progress in glycoprotein,lipoprotein,bile acid(salt),etc.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Problems and expectancy exist meanwhile in the system.The breakthrough in this field depends on the interaction and incorporation among multiple subjects.
