999国产罗塞秦与进口头孢三嗪治疗小儿细菌性痢疾疗效比较

STUDY ON EFFICACY OF LOCETIN IN COMPARISION WITH CEFTRIAXONE IN TREATMENT OF CHILDREN’S SHIGELLOSIS

目的：评价国产罗塞秦治疗小儿细菌性痢疾的疗效。方法：采用双盲方法，将６０例急性细菌性痢疾（菌痢）患儿随机分配为国产罗塞秦组（３０例）和进口头孢三嗪组（３０例）。药物剂量均为５０～１００ｍｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ），ｑｄ，静滴，疗程５～７ｄ。结果：比较两组病人发热、腹泻、呕吐、腹痛、里急后重、左下腹压痛等症状体征好转时间及大便常规正常、大便培养阴转时间均无显著性差异。结论：罗塞秦与头孢三嗪治疗小儿菌痢疗效相同。

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of locetin in the treatment of shigellosis.METHODS:On a doubleblind clinical trial 60 children with acute shigellosis were randomly assigned to receive locetin or ceftriaxone in a dose of 50 to 100 mg/(kg·d) iv qd for both drug for 5 to 7 days.RESULTS:There are no significant differences between two groups in improvement of symptoms such as fever,diarrhea,vomiting, abdominal pain,tenesmus,abnormol stool routines and positive stool cultures.CONCLUSION:Locetin is as effective as ceftriaxone for treatment of Shigellosis in children.
