摘要
挤车困境反映的是在一个资源有限的世界上,占有资源的体系内成员与体系外成员如何分享有限资源的问题。挤车困境根源于挤车环境的局部无政府性;其生成机制是体系内外成员利益的对立、融入体系成员身份的转移以及由此导致其利益和行为取向的变化;其化解之道在于以身份融合战略取代身份转移思维,在体系内外成员的利益间架起一座沟通的桥梁。挤车困境与转型国家面临的外部挑战具有高度相关性,对于当前中国外部环境的变动具有较强的解释力。
The jostle-to-board-the-train dilemma originated from the partial anarchy of its environment is formed due to the conflicting interests of intra-system members and extra-system states,the identity transition of new member states,and the subsequent changes of their interests and behaviors.A possible solution lies in the adoption of the identity-integration strategy substituting the identity-transition thinking by acting wisely as a boarding guide for passengers and a bridge between the interests of intra-and extra-system states and by obtaining a good relationship with the dominant member inside the system.The jostle-to-board-the-train dilemma is highly relevant to the challenges facing transitional countries and offers a good explanation for the changes in China's current external environment.
