摘要
本文简要地论述了多面棱体智能溯量系统的结构、原理、接口电路,应用软件、测量精度及实例。采用该系统测量,缩短了多面棱体的检测时间和数据处理时间,提高了测量精度和测量可靠性。
-In this paper, the principle, structure and interface circuits of the intelligent measuring system for polygon are discussed. The examples and the accuracy of measurement are also presented. Using this system, the measurement time and data processing is reduced, the measuring reliability and accuracy are improved and the measuring repeatability is less than 0.02. The limiting error of measuring the working angle deviation of polygon with the permutation intercomparing method is less than 0.03.
